Welcome to EK Dental and Esthetics (“we”, “us”, “our”), operated and controlled by EK Dental and Esthetics. By accessing or using our website ekdentalandaesthetics.co.uk (the “Site”) and any services booked through it, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our Site or book our services.
1. Definitions
- Client, you, your: any person accessing the Site or booking services.
- Services: aesthetic treatments offered by EK Dental and Esthetics, including dermal fillers, anti‑wrinkle injections, mesotherapy, microneedling, and PRP facelift.
- Booking: the act of reserving an appointment via our online booking system.
2. Use of the Site
- Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old to book services.
- Accurate Information: You agree to provide current, accurate, and complete personal information when creating an account or booking an appointment.
- Prohibited Conduct: You must not use the Site for any unlawful purpose or interfere with its operation.
3. Appointment Bookings & Cancellations
- Booking Confirmation: Upon booking, you will receive a confirmation email. Your appointment is not secured until you receive this email.
- Rescheduling/Cancellation: You may reschedule or cancel up to 24 hours before your appointment without charge. Cancellations or no‑shows within 24 hours may incur a fee equal to 50% of the treatment cost.
- Late Arrival: If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we reserve the right to reschedule or cancel, subject to cancellation fees.
4. Fees & Payment
- Pricing: All prices are as listed on our Pricing page and are subject to change.
- Payment Methods: We accept major credit/debit cards and other methods as specified at checkout.
- Refunds: Payments are non-refundable except as required by law or at our sole discretion.
5. Medical Disclaimer
