Microneedling
Microneedling, also known as collagen induction therapy, is a minimally invasive skin treatment that uses tiny, sterile needles to create micro-injuries in the skin. These micro-injuries trigger the body’s natural healing process, which stimulates the production of collagen and elastin, two key proteins that keep skin firm, smooth, and youthful.
How it works?
- A device with very fine needles (like a derma roller or microneedling pen) is rolled or stamped over the skin.
- The skin responds by producing new collagen, elastin, and capillaries (tiny blood vessels).
- Over time, this improves texture, tone, and firmness of the skin.
